To support Fresh Studio’s growth in Vietnam and increase our positive impact on the agricultural sector, we are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to be based in our Ho Chi Minh City Office (District 7).

Responsibilities:

To support the HR department in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding, we are looking for Recruiter who is an enthusiastic, team player with good organizational skills and an interest in a career path in Human Resources. The Sr. Recruiter will lead Fresh Studio attracting top talent from both the local and international markets.

 

The main responsibilities of this position are:

Work with the various departments within Fresh Studio and its sister companies to support their talent needs

Analyze position requirements and suggest a suitable recruitment plan

Develop and implement recruitment process, procedures and policies

Build relationships with potential recruiting channels; manage relationships and contracts with the various recruitment channels

Initiate and support the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish

Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with regulations

Build experience in all aspects of HR management by supporting the HR Supervisor in a variety of tasks

Work across all departments to organize performance reviews, plan trainings and coordinate company events

Play a key role in communicating and promoting the company culture

 

 

Desired qualifications and skills: our ideal candidate

You are a professional with a long track-record in recruitment and an interest in further developing you HR Management skills. You graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and are looking for an opportunity to put your strong recruiting skills to work, while providing you with a chance to develop experience in other facets of Human Resource Management. You are a people person that enjoys the challenges of building networks across various working areas and you bring a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm to your job. You appreciate diversity and enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.

Qualifications and skills:

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in recruitment of professionals

University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese

Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam

Professional experience within international companies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of integrity and confidentiality

The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
