Responsibilities:

 

 

To support the HR department in areas such as employee matters, compensation and benefits, recruitment, administration, we are looking for HR Officer who is an enthusiastic, team player with good organizational skills and an interest to further develop his or her career in Human Resources within our company.  

The main responsibilities of this position are:

 

Compensation and benefits:

  • Process monthly payroll to ensure the payroll is prepared timely, accurately and complied with legal regulations and company procedures.
  • Frequently update legal basis related to the field and communicate to HR Supervisor.
  • Manage employee benefits which include compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company.
  • Assist in PIT declaration and finalization.
  • Manage all employees’ labour contracts.
  • Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.

 

HR Administration:

  • Ensure the timely application and renewal of work permits, passports and visas for expatriate employees.
  • Play a key role in communicating and promoting the company culture.
  • Participate as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise the work of the guard, cook & cleaner.

 

Recruitment:

  • Support HR Supervisor in recruiting new talent.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish.

You are a professional with a proven track-record in HR management and interest in deploying the variety of skills that you have developed in the area of human resources.  You are a people person that enjoys interacting with colleagues and your professionalism and enthusiasm is a foundation on which a pleasant and efficient work environment is built.  You appreciate diversity and enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.

Qualifications and skills

  • University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in human resource management and administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  • Strong administration skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Action oriented, pro-active, analytical, organized
  • A strong interest in the agriculture sector
