III. Summary of responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
B\u1eaby <\/strong>Content Creator<\/strong> is responsible for developing multi-platform content across digital channels, including written, visual, and video formats. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing communication principles, audience insights, and platform-specific content strategies (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Facebook, etc.). The position combines content ideation, scripting, and hands-on production to ensure materials effectively engage target audiences and support business and communication objectives. In addition, the position supports client-related communication activities when requested, including participating in client meetings, facilitating direct communication on content matters, and supporting follow-up to ensure alignment on deliverables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
VI. Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Content strategy<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identify and analyze target audiences (e.g., farmers, partners, customers, and relevant stakeholders) <\/em>to define appropriate communication approaches<\/li>
Develop content concepts aligned with project objectives, field activities, and overall business priorities<\/li>
Plan and develop content for the company website, key digital channels, and project-related communication materials<\/li>
Adjust content format and messaging to suit the characteristics and user behavior of each platform<\/li>
Contribute to monthly content planning and campaign discussions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Multi-platform content production<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Develop written content, short form copy, and scripts for digital platforms<\/li>
Produce articles, project updates, short-form videos, and related content materials<\/li>
Apply platform-specific best practices where relevant<\/li>
Support filming, basic editing, or coordination of video production when required<\/li>
Support for brochures, landing pages, and other related marketing materials<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Brand & marketing communication<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and positioning<\/li>
Apply marketing communication principles in content development<\/li>
Translate technical and project-related information into clear and accessible content for target audiences<\/li>
Ensure consistency across websites, social media, video, and printed communication materials<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Collaboration<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work closely with Marketing and communication team to meet content timelines and objectives<\/li>
Collaborate with project consultants, agronomists, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information<\/li>
\u00a0Coordinate directly with clients and external partners when required to ensure content accuracy and alignment with project objectives<\/li>
Coordinate with the Designer and video team to ensure alignment between content and visuals<\/li>
Participate in field visits when required to collect materials and develop project content<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
V. Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Kinh nghi\u1ec7m:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Relevant professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation<\/li>
Proven ability to create content for multiple platforms (e.g., website, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)<\/li>
Experience in scripting and supporting the production of video content<\/li>
A portfolio or content samples are required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Professional skills<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong writing and editing skills in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English<\/li>
Familiarity with digital content formats and social media platforms<\/li>
Understanding of marketing communication principles and audience targeting<\/li>
Ability to adapt content to different platform requirements and formats<\/li>
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools)<\/li>
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines<\/li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers\/ video production team<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Personal attributes<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and clarity<\/li>
Adaptable in adjusting tone and style for different audiences and communication contexts<\/li>
Collaborative and proactive in working with cross-functional teams<\/li>
Willingness to travel to rural and urban project locations when required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preferred aualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience in development projects, CSR, NGO communication, or related contexts is an advantage<\/li>
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantage<\/li>
Experience in marketing or brand communication is a plus<\/li>
Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or consumer-focused communication is preferred<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
