III. Summary of responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts and design materials that support both client projects and Fresh Studio\u2019s internal and external communication activities. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, translate briefs into clear visual solutions, and develop designs aligned with branding and communication objectives. The Graphic Designer delivers visual materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency, technical quality, and practical effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VI. Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Graphic design & visual development<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Develop visual concepts, layouts, branding materials, and design assets for Vietnamese and international clients<\/li>
Design logos, packaging, typography, illustrations, web visuals, and corporate identities as required<\/li>
Prepare digital and print-ready files in accordance with technical standards<\/li>
Ensure visual consistency across different platforms and communication materials<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Collaboration & digital content support<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work closely with the other members of the marketing and communication department team to develop visual assets for digital platforms and video projects<\/li>
Prepare visual materials for social media, websites, and campaign activities<\/li>
Develop storyboards or visual guidelines to support video production when required<\/li>
Ensure alignment between design execution, messaging, and overall communication objectives<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Client & project engagement<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work effectively with Vietnamese and international clients to understand design requirements and project objectives<\/li>
Proactively research client backgrounds, target audiences, and industry context to inform design direction<\/li>
Propose creative solutions and visual ideas aligned with client expectations and communication goals<\/li>
Balance aesthetic quality with practical effectiveness and market relevance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Internal communication & branding<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support Fresh Studio\u2019s internal and external communication through the development of templates, guidelines, and visual tools<\/li>
Contribute visual content for social media channels, websites, and internal publications<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Plan and execute basic video shoots, including setting up equipment, filming, and supporting post-production when required<\/li>
Conduct photography sessions for products, projects, and field activities, including basic editing and file preparation<\/li>
Develop storyboards and visual plans to support video and multimedia production<\/li>
Independently produce visual materials (photo and video assets) for digital and communication purposes when needed<\/li>
Participate in design-related business development or proposal preparation activities when appropriate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
V. Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design, or a related field<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design<\/li>
Experience in both digital and print design projects<\/li>
Experience working with clients and managing design projects from brief to final delivery<\/li>
\u00a0Experience in basic video shooting and photography is an advantage<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Professional skills<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)<\/li>
Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and quality standards<\/li>
Ability to translate client requirements and briefs into clear visual solutions<\/li>
Good communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams<\/li>
Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively<\/li>
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects<\/li>
Ability to manage and organize design files, image assets, and project documentation systematically<\/li>
Experience in digital and print production processes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Primary software skills:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Other software skills:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SketchUp is an advantage<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Additional knowledge (preferred):<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Basic understanding of web languages such as HTML and CSS<\/li>
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
