I. Job identification
Position : Irrigation System Specialist
Department : R&D Crops
Location : Dalat, Lam Dong
II. Key Organizational Relationships
Report to : R&D Manager Crops
III. Roles and responsibilities
- Provide system recommendations/advice to to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring effective solutions
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of irrigation systems to maintain high performance and efficiency
- Create and develop innovative irrigation systems, focusing on both new designs and improvements to existing systems
- Identify and target potential clients to grow the business and increase market reach
- Contribute to the development and improvement of related agricultural technologies and products, such as films, seeds, and substrates
- Conduct research and client surveys to understand their needs for agricultural products and technologies, ensuring timely updates of client information
- Perform other related tasks/duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
IV. Desired qualifications:
Experience
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience with irrigation system
Special Skills required
- Excellent in both verbal and written Vietnamese
- Basic English skill
- Can use graphics software (AutoCAD)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Well organized, precise and accurate
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Passionate about agriculture and a drive to explore unpaved paths

- Enjoy working in an authentic working environment with transparency & passion
Education Technical College degree or BSc. degree, preferable with a major in mechanical engineer
