III. Summary of responsibilities

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts and design materials that support both client projects and Fresh Studio’s internal and external communication activities. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, translate briefs into clear visual solutions, and develop designs aligned with branding and communication objectives. The Graphic Designer delivers visual materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency, technical quality, and practical effectiveness.

VI. Duties and responsibilities

Graphic design & visual development

  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, branding materials, and design assets for Vietnamese and international clients
  • Design logos, packaging, typography, illustrations, web visuals, and corporate identities as required
  • Prepare digital and print-ready files in accordance with technical standards
  • Ensure visual consistency across different platforms and communication materials

Collaboration & digital content support

  • Work closely with the other members of the marketing and communication department team to develop visual assets for digital platforms and video projects
  • Prepare visual materials for social media, websites, and campaign activities
  • Develop storyboards or visual guidelines to support video production when required
  • Ensure alignment between design execution, messaging, and overall communication objectives

Client & project engagement

  • Work effectively with Vietnamese and international clients to understand design requirements and project objectives
  • Proactively research client backgrounds, target audiences, and industry context to inform design direction
  • Propose creative solutions and visual ideas aligned with client expectations and communication goals
  • Balance aesthetic quality with practical effectiveness and market relevance

Internal communication & branding

  • Support Fresh Studio’s internal and external communication through the development of templates, guidelines, and visual tools
  • Contribute visual content for social media channels, websites, and internal publications

Additional responsibilities

  • Plan and execute basic video shoots, including setting up equipment, filming, and supporting post-production when required
  • Conduct photography sessions for products, projects, and field activities, including basic editing and file preparation
  • Develop storyboards and visual plans to support video and multimedia production
  • Independently produce visual materials (photo and video assets) for digital and communication purposes when needed
  • Participate in design-related business development or proposal preparation activities when appropriate

V. Required skills and qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
  • Experience in both digital and print design projects
  • Experience working with clients and managing design projects from brief to final delivery
  •  Experience in basic video shooting and photography is an advantage

Professional skills

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to translate client requirements and briefs into clear visual solutions
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to manage and organize design files, image assets, and project documentation systematically
  • Experience in digital and print production processes

Primary software skills:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom

Other software skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SketchUp is an advantage

Additional knowledge (preferred):

  • Basic understanding of web languages such as HTML and CSS
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage

III. Summary of responsibilities

The Content Creator is responsible for developing multi-platform content across digital channels, including written, visual, and video formats. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing communication principles, audience insights, and platform-specific content strategies (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Facebook, etc.). The position combines content ideation, scripting, and hands-on production to ensure materials effectively engage target audiences and support business and communication objectives. In addition, the position supports client-related communication activities when requested, including participating in client meetings, facilitating direct communication on content matters, and supporting follow-up to ensure alignment on deliverables.

VI. Duties and responsibilities

Content strategy

  • Identify and analyze target audiences (e.g., farmers, partners, customers, and relevant stakeholders) to define appropriate communication approaches
  • Develop content concepts aligned with project objectives, field activities, and overall business priorities
  • Plan and develop content for the company website, key digital channels, and project-related communication materials
  • Adjust content format and messaging to suit the characteristics and user behavior of each platform
  • Contribute to monthly content planning and campaign discussions

Multi-platform content production

  • Develop written content, short form copy, and scripts for digital platforms
  • Produce articles, project updates, short-form videos, and related content materials
  • Apply platform-specific best practices where relevant
  • Support filming, basic editing, or coordination of video production when required
  • Support for brochures, landing pages, and other related marketing materials

Brand & marketing communication

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and positioning
  • Apply marketing communication principles in content development
  • Translate technical and project-related information into clear and accessible content for target audiences
  • Ensure consistency across websites, social media, video, and printed communication materials

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and communication team to meet content timelines and objectives
  • Collaborate with project consultants, agronomists, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information
  •  Coordinate directly with clients and external partners when required to ensure content accuracy and alignment with project objectives
  • Coordinate with the Designer and video team to ensure alignment between content and visuals
  • Participate in field visits when required to collect materials and develop project content

V. Required skills and qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

  • Relevant professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation
  • Proven ability to create content for multiple platforms (e.g., website, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting and supporting the production of video content
  • A portfolio or content samples are required

Professional skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with digital content formats and social media platforms
  • Understanding of marketing communication principles and audience targeting
  • Ability to adapt content to different platform requirements and formats
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers/ video production team

Personal attributes

  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and clarity
  • Adaptable in adjusting tone and style for different audiences and communication contexts

Preferred aualifications

  • Experience in development projects, CSR, NGO communication, or related contexts is an advantage
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantage
  • Experience in marketing or brand communication is a plus
  • Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or consumer-focused communication is preferred
