I. Job identification

Position                :               Irrigation System Specialist

Department        :               R&D Crops

Location               :               Dalat, Lam Dong

II. Key Organizational Relationships

Report to             :               R&D Manager Crops

III. Roles and responsibilities

• Provide system recommendations/advice to fit the needs of the clientswherever required
• Installs, modifies, maintains, upgrades and supervise irrigation systems
• Design and develop new irrigation systems
• Looking for potential clients
• Support the development of other technologies and products (film, seeds, substrate, …)
• Survey clients: Research, identify customers’ needs for using agricultural products and technologies, update information timely as required
• Perform other related tasks/duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

IV. Desired qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience with irrigation system

Special Skills required 

• Excellent in both verbal and written Vietnamese
• Basic English skill
• Can use graphics software (AutoCAD)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Well organized, precise and accurate
• Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
• Passionate about agriculture and a drive to explore unpaved paths
• Trustworthy
• Enjoy working in an authentic working environment with transparency & passion

Education:

• Technical College degree or BSc. degree, preferable with a major in mechanical engineer
