Working alongside Fresh Studio aquaculture specialists and technicians to implement project activities ranging from farm surveys and data collection to R&D and technical support.
VI. Duties and responsibilities
Assist with consultancy assignments in Vietnam
Conduct field research using both structured and unstructured data collection techniques
Analysis of market and field data
Coordinate field experiments and technology tests
Support the development of our technical support services for farmers
Participate in other projects assigned by the Aquaculture Manager
V. Desired qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aquaculture or a similar position (R&D/project experience is an advantage)
Good command of Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proactive, trustworthy, and eager to learn and develop
Willing to work in the field and travel to project sites across Vietnam
Comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative, and international environment
Positive attitude and passion for aquaculture

To further strengthen our Vietnam team of agriculture consultants supporting farmers in improving their agriculture practices, we are looking for an IPM Sales Officer based in Dalat
The IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Sales Officer is primarily responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for IPM solutions (biological control, natural enemies) and agricultural products (seeds, substrates, and related technologies).
VI. Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Development
Identify and develop potential clients (farmers, farmer groups, agribusinesses)
Promote and sell IPM solutions and agricultural products
Understand customers’ needs and suggest suitable solutions
Build and maintain good relationships with farmers and local partners
Support sales activities such as demonstrations, field days, and training sessions
Follow up with customers and support the sales process
Technical support
Set up and monitor IPM demo plots
Provide basic technical guidance to farmers on how to use products
Support farmers in applying IPM practices effectively
Coordinate and ensure proper use of supplied technologies and inputs
Collect field data and feedback from farmers
Training & Field activities
Organize and deliver training sessions for farmers and farmer groups
Arrange field days to introduce new technologies and solutions
Support farmers in record-keeping and crop monitoring
Support other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Desired qualifications:
Minimum Educational Requirement:
University degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Crop Protection, or a related field
Special Skills Required:
1–2 years of experience in agriculture, IPM, or agri-sales is preferred
Good communication skills (with local farmers)
Basic knowledge of IPM or crop production is an advantage
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate in English is a plus
Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
